£899 supply-and-fit launch offer
Our temporary launch offer is available for the next 10 qualifying supply-and-fit installations confirmed from 9 September 2026. The total price is £899, including any applicable tax.
The offer includes a complete DMEGC 1,030W Hoymiles HiFlow plug-in solar kit with two 515W panels, an 800W HF-800-WB microinverter, standard mounting equipment, electrical suitability checks, agreed ground or wall mounting, commissioning, available monitoring setup, required registration and handover. The exact equipment will be identified in your written quote.
The complete kit is listed as compliant on the ENA Type Test Register, reference CITYP/21277/V1/A1, under CPS 2x DME-515W + Hoymiles HF-800-WB (model DME-515W-BW-1). The 1,030W rating is the combined panel capacity; maximum inverter output is 800W (800VA). Compliance applies to the complete kit fitted in accordance with its manufacturer’s instructions. We check the current register status and property suitability before installation.
Your property, electrical connection, mounting position and permissions must be suitable. Batteries, roof work, scaffolding, specialist access, structural work and additional electrical work are outside this standard offer and will be quoted separately before you decide whether to proceed.
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a place. We confirm eligibility, availability and your offer place when your written quote and booking are agreed. The offer closes when all 10 places are confirmed.
Your written quote
Before you agree to any work, your written quote will identify the exact system, mounting position, installation scope, total price including applicable tax, any extra electrical work, availability and payment arrangements. Any charge for an on-site assessment will be agreed before a visit. The launch offer applies only to the standard installation described above; other systems and installation arrangements are quoted individually.
Fit your kit: £349 standard installation
Standard fitting of a suitable customer-supplied kit costs £349, including any applicable tax. This covers the equipment and electrical suitability checks, agreed ground or wall mounting, commissioning, available monitoring setup, required registration and handover. The solar kit is supplied by you.
The price may increase if electrical, mounting, structural or access issues are identified during assessment or installation, or if additional parts or work are required. We will explain the issue and agree any additional work and cost with you before carrying it out. Your written quote confirms the agreed scope and price.
Installation scope
Standard prices cover straightforward ground or wall mounting in a position approved for the complete kit. Installation height, mounting surface, structural suitability, safe access and the cable route are assessed individually. Your written quote confirms whether the standard price applies and identifies any additional costs. We follow the relevant manufacturer’s instructions and assess the socket and circuit.
Garage, shed and carport roof enquiries
We welcome enquiries about suitable single-storey outbuilding roofs. Roof installations are assessed and quoted individually, separately from the £899 launch offer and £349 standard fitting price. Before confirming a booking, we must establish that the exact kit and mounting system are approved for the proposed roof, with suitable structural capacity, wind resistance, weatherproofing, electrical connection, safe access and permissions.
The published instructions for the 1,030W launch-offer kit describe ground, wall and balcony mounting, prohibit installation on timber balconies or structures, and do not identify an approved roof-mounting configuration. We therefore need an appropriate approved system and confirmation of its installation instructions and warranty coverage before offering a roof installation. We will not substitute roof rails or other mounting components without confirming that they are approved for the complete kit. Read the launch-offer kit instructions.
Permissions
You must have the necessary authority and any required landlord, freeholder or planning permissions before installation. We will discuss these during assessment. Suitability for a plug-in electrical connection does not by itself establish planning permission.
Setup and support
The agreed installation includes commissioning, available monitoring setup, registration and handover records. Manufacturer warranties vary by component and model; the applicable terms and claims route will be supplied with the quote or handover. Contact Chris about installation or setup concerns. No additional fixed-term BrightPlug warranty is advertised here, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Cancellation and customer terms
You can withdraw an enquiry at any time. Before you enter a contract we will provide the seller's legal identity and address, full contract terms and the cancellation information applicable to your order. Distance and off-premises contracts may carry a statutory 14-day cancellation period, with its starting point depending on the contract type. Any request to start services early must be handled expressly in the contract. This information page does not replace your contract or reduce your consumer rights.
Savings and illustrations
Generation and savings vary with location, shading, weather, electricity use and tariff. Any estimate will state its assumptions. The home-and-panel image on this website is illustrative, not a photograph of a completed BrightPlug installation.
